LAVA SA, a member of Heracles Group of Companies, had a strong presence at the 2nd Ierapetra “AgroExpo 2017”, the largest exhibition of agricultural supplies, equipment, machinery, and products in Crete. The exhibition was held on 26-28 May at the Misedakeio Stadium of Ierapetra, and had more than 7,000 visitors.
LAVA participated in this year’s event with a specially designed stand providing information to visitors about its innovative and efficient product offerings. The company showcased agroLAVA, a substrate for hydroponic crops and a soil improver in greenhouses and open land, as well as oikiaLAVA, a ready substrate for home vegetable production.

The 2nd Ierapetra AgroExpo was organised by the Chamber of Lasithi in collaboration with the Region of Crete and the Municipality of Ierapetra and was under the auspices of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food. 74 exhibitors from the agricultural sector from all over Greece participated in this year’s event, presenting all the latest developments in the field of agricultural technologies and products.
